What is special about this training?
This program, centered around building sleds and vehicles, develops planning skills and teaches participants to anticipate not only the final result, but also important parameters: surface type, sliding ability, and the required force to move. Sled teams design and assemble their vehicles independently. The frame is made of eco-friendly materials (wood, metal), and the decoration is made of cardboard. Each race will feature a driver (who might even be dressed as Santa Claus!), who will give a pre-race interview, while the team comes up with a slogan and shouts it out so everyone knows who's the best!
After the competition, every team will receive an award: someone will win the Grand Prix cup, and someone might receive the “Most Resilient” nomination (for the first sled to fall apart). Only teamwork can make everything perfect!
An important part of the winter teambuilding is ensuring participant comfort: we provide hot drinks and warm rest areas, and the program itself will be dynamic and engaging.
